Highlight Institutional Authors in the Repository

We’re excited to announce a new way to showcase authors from your institution in the Repository!

You can now mark contributors as institutional authors in the Repository Record Editor. This designation makes it easy to highlight your institution's authors:

In Search Results: Institutional authors will be clearly marked, helping patrons identify your institution's contributions.

Facets: Add a facet to your Repository search results to allow users to filter by institutional authors.

Content Pages: Create a facet widget on your content pages to prominently display institutional authors, increasing their visibility.

This feature is a great way to highlight the contributions of your institution’s authors and make their work more discoverable to patrons.

P.S.: We’ve also added the ability to re-order contributors in the Repository Record Editor. This makes it easy to ensure key authors, like the main author, appear at the top of the list.
